Strengthen our nation’s education system in K-12. Encourage more U.S. students to study engineering, math and science.

Ease visa restrictions on talented foreigners who want to enter U.S. universities and industries.

Outbid other countries as they offer benefits to attract R&D activities. This is HUGE.

With eased Visas and an equal playing field in the funding of R&D there might not be as much of a desire to leave the US.

At the end of the past century, the United States was spending far more on R&D than Japan and nearly twice as much as Germany, France, and the United Kingdom combined.
