MOOCs are usually free and offer a completion certificate for those students who pay.

Training can be done on line that is difficult to do in face to face classes.
• Discussion groups, yes you can have real time discussions but online they get documented maybe they could be video.
• Video clips - online you cn watch over and over , pause, replay etc.
• High definition video could improve realism.
• Turn face-to-face to person-to-person.

The online way may be preferred to the face to face way.
• Attention spans may not be long enough for an hour or longer lecture to get fully absorbed.
• It may be better to have more bite sized chunks.
• Could make face-to-face lectures more interesting and interactive.

The difference in cost between MOOCs and Face To face Courses.
• GA Tech charges $134/credit for MOOCs and $472/credit for in-state students and $1,139/credit for out-of-state students.
